İsmi bir zamanlar Tatavla olan, Kurtuluş semtine hoş geldiniz. Büyük mağazaların sıralandığı Rumeli Caddesi’yle, fanfirikli Nişantaşı kafelerinin hemen üstünde yer alan Kurtuluş’ta Ramazan’da pide, Noel’de kurabiye, Paskalya’da çörek pişer. Bu semtin sayısız hikâyesi içinde en kalplere dokunanı ise üç çocukluk arkadaşı; Cemal, Süreyya ve Feza’nınkidir. Her şey, mahallenin delikanlısı Cemal’in, son nefesine kadar sevmeye yemin ettiği Süreyya tarafından bir gün ansızın terk edilmesiyle başlar. Süreyya’nın kan kardeşi Feza ve Cemal, ultra zengin bir adamla evlenip kendilerini terk eden Süreyya’dan bir gün intikam alabilecekler midir?

Welcome to one of the oldest neighborhoods of Istanbul! Sandwiched between the high-end stores and bohemian cafés, you’ll walk right into our sweet quarter Kurtuluş where you can find pide in Ramadan, cookies in Christmas, hot cross bun in Easter. From all the tales that has been told in the neighborhood, the one that touches everyone’s heart is about the childhood friends Sureyya, Feza and Cemal. Everything starts when Sureyya and Cemal falls in love –or does it? Maybe it starts when Sureyya decides to leave her love, friends and small neighborhood, in exchange of luxury and comfort? What has become the other two of the triangle? As they say, revenge is a dish best served cold.
